Commercial production is set for Q4 2026, targeting the central Taiwan markets like Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, and Yunlin.
YesHealth Group has announced the expansion of its vertical farming operations in Taiwan through a partnership with Taichung-based Seasons Future Farm Co., Ltd. The collaboration will establish a large-scale indoor vertical farm in Xinshe District, Taichung City, to enhance regional food supplies and promote sustainable agriculture.
Spanning a 6,000-square-meter site, the farm will offer 15,000 square meters of cultivation space with 13 growing racks, each 11 meters high, for high-density, year-round leafy greens production. Season’s Future Farm will oversee building construction per YesHealth Group’s specifications, while YesHealth will design and operate the farming systems.
Construction began on February 13, 2026, with the installation of equipment starting in August 2026. Commercial production is set for Q4 2026, targeting the central Taiwan markets like Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, and Yunlin.
The facility will also integrate with YesHealth’s Taoyuan operations under the YesHealth iFarm brand to broaden distribution. Chairman Chung Tsu-hui of Seasons Future Farm emphasized the project’s roots in concerns for consumer health and sustainable agriculture, inspired by challenges in traditional farming and a visit to YesHealth’s technology-driven farm.
YesHealth Group’s Winston Tsai highlighted the shared vision of delivering fresh, safe produce closer to communities. The collaboration will also support B2B customers, including retail and hospitality, and enable Seasons Future Farm to launch its consumer brand.
A professional operations team will manage daily production under a three-year agreement following eight months of joint planning. Both organizations aim to develop one to two similar-scale farms in central Taiwan in the future. YesHealth Group, a global leader in controlled-environment agriculture, operates vertical farms worldwide, including its newest facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, launched in Q1 2026.
