Indorama Corporation announced that effective November 1st, 2022, Indorama Holdings Brasil Ltda, has consummated the acquisition of Advert Aditivos Industria e Comercio LTDA and its affiliates (Adfert), a specialty fertilizers and crop nutrition solution company in Brazil. All condition precedents have been fulfilled and customary regulatory approvals have been received with no further amendments.
Indorama welcomes Adfert´s team to the family and looks forward to having Adfert´s team on board.
