Tokyo Headquartered Nile Works Co., Ltd. will launch a domestically produced autonomous flight drone “Nile” that specializes in autonomous flight. This will be a first event using the aircraft “Nile-JZ” developed by the High-Spec Drone Development Consortium. Agriculturists can take this opportunity to experience the ease of advance preparation and stress-free flight experience that can only be achieved with fully automatic flight operation.
Nile Works will contribute to solving problems caused by agriculture and food by utilizing domestically produced autonomous flying drones. Nile Works is keen on solving farmers’ problems with its easy to operate “Nile-JZ” model which is a drone designed from dialogue with farmers enabling automatic flight.
Furthermore, Nile Works is also developing cultivation support and agricultural work matching services using AI image analysis. Overall, it aim to improve the economic efficiency of cultivation, improve crop quality, and reduce environmental impact. Nile Works uses technology to solve problems caused by agriculture and food.
To educate farmers on the simple use of drone as a compatible Agri tool, Nile Works has organized a seminar for farmers on March 2024. Farmers will be trained to operate the drone in-person in 3 major locations: At Hokkaido area in Bibai City, Tohoku area: Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, Kanto area: Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture.
In addition, the session will include, lectures on Aviation Law, Pesticide Control Law, and other related laws and regulations, characteristics of “Nile-JZ”, automatic flight mechanism, precautions for safe flight
In the Practice sessions farmers will be given practical training on basic operation, surveying, transportation, cleaning, and inspection of “Nile-JZ”, and how to respond when trouble occurs.
