The global forum is expected to gather farmers, feed companies, technology suppliers, service providers, processors, exporters, importers, wholesalers, retailers and other industry stakeholders
The third annual Global Shrimp Forum will be held in Utrecht between 3-5 September 2024 – the premier gathering of warm-water shrimp executives. In addition to farmers, feed companies, technology suppliers, service providers, processors, exporters, importers, wholesalers, retailers and other industry stakeholders, the event will gather 500 members.
The Global Shrimp Forum brings together industry leaders to discuss the most pressing issues facing their businesses, and to develop a long-term strategy to create a resilient and sustainable industry. In addition to facilitating discussion, the GSF encourages collaboration.
In 2023, at the second event, GSF gathered over 520 people, who represented over 290 companies and 41 countries. GSF delivered 2.5 days of content, with a multitude of networking opportunities and celebration. Warm-water shrimp industry professionals explored the intricacy of the event.
Established by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council, Shrimp Insights and Contango, the Global Shrimp Forum Foundation is an independent non-profit and mission oriented organization based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
