The Department of Livestock Development has set up five action plans

- animal breeding
- animal feed
- Farm management to increase efficiency
- animal health
- dairy farm standards
From upstream in providing services and taking care of dairy farmers and dairy organizations to prepare for the development and increase of farmers’ production efficiency. Including managing using the dairy cow database system of the Department of Livestock Development for integrating data for management. and make use of the same information which relevant persons can access the information both executives of the department and cooperatives In order to produce milk that meets quality standards and is safe for consumers. able to compete with foreign countries
