Razor Tracking + CLAAS: A Top-Tier Integration Powering Telematics and Fleet Operations Across All Industries
CLAAS and Razor Tracking have partnered to integrate their platforms, providing customers with enhanced visibility and management of their farm equipment and support vehicles. This collaboration allows users to track and monitor their assets across both the Razor Tracking and CLAAS connect platforms.
The integration enables customers to view their equipment, service vehicles, and non-powered assets in real time. Beyond GPS location, Razor Tracking devices offer detailed data, including vehicle VIN, fuel levels, operating hours, engine status, location history, heading, weather overlays, and speed. This comprehensive tracking system ensures that crew members are in the correct field and making deliveries to the right locations, increasing operational transparency.
Eric Raby, Senior Vice President of CLAAS Americas, emphasized the importance of smart logistics in modern farming. “Knowledge is power. Nowhere is that more evident than on a modern farm where smart logistics and equipment tracking are crucial for saving both time and money,” he said.
The partnership aims to provide advanced fleet management solutions that extend beyond CLAAS equipment, helping farmers optimize their operations.
Eric Mauch, Managing Partner of Razor Tracking, highlighted the synergy between the two companies. “We’re proud to be a GPS Telematics integration partner with CLAAS in North America,” he said. “This partnership combines our advanced GPS tracking technology with our deep roots in agriculture, allowing customers to seamlessly monitor and manage all of their equipment across multiple farm locations from one powerful platform.”
The integration is expected to improve efficiency and transparency for farmers, enabling them to make informed decisions about their operations. By combining the strengths of both platforms, CLAAS and Razor Tracking aim to provide a comprehensive solution for equipment tracking and fleet management in the agricultural sector.
