The Mitchells Group, a bulk material conveying equipment provider, has acquired Allied Grain Systems, an Australian-based grain handling and storage solution provider.
The move strengthens Mitchell’s position in the bulk handling and storage sector, and expands its capabilities to better serve farmers and agribusinesses in all key international markets. The acquisition aligns with Mitchell’s mission to provide comprehensive solutions to the agricultural sector and aims to enhance its product and services portfolio. Allied Grain Systems is experienced in designing and installing high-quality grain handling and storage facilities.
