Namoi Cotton introduces TAFE accredited Certificate III Engineering apprenticeship designed to build the skills needed for a career in cotton ginning
Namoi Cotton, Australia’s largest cotton ginner, unveiled a new industry-leading Cotton Ginning Development Pathways Program. The program aims to attract and develop a new generation of talent for the Australian ginning sector which will benefit the broader cotton industry.
Recognizing the critical importance of attracting younger individuals to the ginning industry, Namoi Cotton has taken the lead by introducing a TAFE accredited Certificate III Engineering apprenticeship designed to build the skills needed for a career in cotton ginning.
Tim Watson, Executive Chair of Namoi Cotton Limited, emphasized the strategic focus and long-term benefits of the program.
