Inks MoU to foster sustainable development of the rubber industry bilaterally Chairman of Vietnam Rubber Association Trần Ngọc Thuận and his Lao counterpart Bounthong Buahom signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on boosting the sustainable development of the rubber industry in the two countries. Producing 910,000 tonnes of edible fungi in 2022, Gutian County generated an output value of 6.2 billion yuan (about $864.5 million).
